I can move again! I'm back to swimming and karate. All of a sudden I noticed I also stopped getting headaches in the morning. What stopped my physical activity for 2 months Dr. Rinow returned to me in a few weeks!

I experienced extreme low back pain and a really stiff neck.

I have benefited from Dr. Rinow's awesome knowledge of the human body. He understands what my body needs and is able to ease my pain whenever I come for my appointments. My condition has vastly improved, and my back & neck are much better because of Dr. Rinow.

My experience at Integrity Sport & Spine is fantastic! Sheri is an awesome person, and she greets me with a warm smile every time I enter the facility. Dr. Rinow asks me how my day was and what my pain levels are. I always go home feeling very relieved.

I have spinal stenosis - pain, pain truly a bad situation, previous chiropractic experience was not successful.

2. How have you benefited from treatment by Dr. Rinow and how has your condition changed?

Dr. Rinow's treatment is so-o-o different from my previous chiropractic experience, with time and patience on my part I am sure things, my condition will be back to 'normal'. I am on my way.

The technique used by Dr. Rinow has improved my walking and most of all my mental attitude. The pain is not as severe. Have you ever had pain sooo severe you were nauseous? I've been there! Thank you Dr. Rinow & Sherry for your help!

I still get slight soreness from working, but after I see Dr. Rinow I feel much better!

Excellent! Dr. Rinow and Sherri are so nice and personable. Dr. Rinow does a great job of explaining everything and they always make sure you feel comfortable.

Lower back & hip pain, a bulging disc in the neck, shoulder pain, left and right rotator cuffs, left bicep

Lower back pain 90% or more gone, I haven't had back spinal shots for a least a year. Stiff & painful neck relieved for months (it came back in neck & shoulders, we're working on it now. Left bicep hasn't bothered me since treatment.

3. Describe your overall experience at Integrity Sport & Spine Chiropractic.

Dr. Rinow is a very good chiropractor, the best I ever had. He is a kind and honorable person who truly cares about his clients. His staff Sherry & Rachael are just as caring. I feel like they are my friends, and would recommend them highly to my friends (and have done so). I also think the VF Hospital should try Dr. Rinow for veterans! He can help!

Absolutely I have benefitted. I have not had 1 migraine or even a headache since I started seeing Dr. Rinow.

I was not a chiropractic fan before talking to Dr. Rinow. He has relieved my migraines & now I am a huge fan of chiropractic care. I would recommend this to everybody.

A pinched nerve in the neck

Sporadic sciatica

Yes! My pinched nerve is no longer an issue - my shoulders are no longer tight and sore likewise with my lower back - I don't have sciatica pain anymore.
